Davis took a serious blow against Folsom on Thursday, falling 86-17. Davis has not had much luck with Folsom recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Tessa Schouten was Davis' leading scorer, having posted five points.
Davis' loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Folsom, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Davis will play host again and welcome Antelope, where tip off is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Folsom, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Pleasant Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Pleasant Valley's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season.
