Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Roxborough). They put the hurt on the Motivation Jaguars with a sharp 57-36 win on Monday. The Wolves pushed the score to 47-27 by the end of the third, a deficit the Jaguars had little chance of recovering from.

Roxborough was led to victory by Jaylah Holmes and JennyLee Perez. Holmes almost dropped a double-double on 26 points and nine boards, while Perez posted 24 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Holmes has scored at least a third of Roxborough's points.

Roxborough's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Motivation, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Roxborough and Frankford will compete for holiday cheer at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Frankford will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Roxborough surely won't give up without a fight. As for Motivation, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Motivation Jaguars take on the Lincoln Leadership Academy Lions at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
