Brea Olinda's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mariah Henderson, who scored 10 points. Another player making a difference was Anjali Adhvaryu, who scored 9 points.
Brea Olinda has fallen quite a ways from their 21-7 record last season and are now at 3-7. As for San Clemente, their victory bumped their record up to 0-0.
Brea Olinda's road trip will continue as they head out to face San Juan Hills at 11:30 a.m. on December 9th. San Juan Hills is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 57.3 points per game. San Clemente does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
