  Hayden Partain and  Jared Diaz made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound,  Partain   pitched five innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits. Meanwhile,  Diaz   pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   three  hits. At the plate,  Partain  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-3, while  Diaz  went 2-for-3 with a  home run and three  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Zavion DeShazier was  excellent,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 1-for-2.
 On Stratford Academy's side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Jaxen Justice, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-4.
 Mount de Sales Academy's win  ended  a  four-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 16-10-1. As for Stratford Academy, they now  have a losing record at 14-15.
 Mount de Sales Academy will head out on the road to  face off against  Brookstone at 3:00  p.m.  on Friday. The two teams have allowed few  runs on average, (Mount de Sales Academy: 3.6, Brookstone: 2.6) so any  runs scored will be well earned. Stratford Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
