That makes it six consecutive games in which  she has scored at least a third of Mira Mesa's points. Another player making a difference was  Alyssa Otero, who  had eight points in addition to eight  steals.
 Mira Mesa  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 11  offensive rebounds. That's the most  offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
 Meanwhile, Pacific Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They were beaten by Imperial 56-20. The Firebirds were down  46-18 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
 Mira Mesa pushed their record up to 4-2 with the  victory, which was their ninth straight  at home dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 52.2 points per game. As for Pacific Ridge, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
