The Hercules Titans will head out on the road to challenge the Vallejo Redhawks at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Hercules comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
Hercules suffered their biggest loss since December 7, 2023 on Tuesday. They were dealt a 58-17 loss at the hands of Kennedy.
Meanwhile, Vallejo was able to grind out a solid win over Albany on Tuesday, taking the game 42-35.
Jazmine Cardwell continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 25 points and 15 rebounds. She has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last six times she's played. Another player making a difference was Veekie Head, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and four blocks.
Hercules' defeat was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-12. As for Vallejo, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 7-12 record this season.
Hercules was dealt a bruising 71-15 loss at the hands of Vallejo when the teams last played back in December of 2023. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Cardwell, who dropped a double-double on 29 points and 15 rebounds.
