The Central Dauphin Rams entered their tilt with the State College Little Lions with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. Central Dauphin took down State College 50-33 on Friday. Given Central Dauphin's advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 31st, while State College is ranked 96th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
It was another big night for Alexis Ferguson, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Olivia Green, who scored eight points along with ten rebounds.
Central Dauphin has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 games, which provided a nice bump to their 20-2 record this season. As for State College, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-6.
Central Dauphin will take on Susquehanna Township at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Central Dauphin is coming into the match with 12 straight victories on the road, so Susquehanna Township is out to stop a team with plenty of momentum. State College does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
