Two dominant  players in  Audrey Chen and  Ryann Bennett are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The La Salle Lancers will look to defend their home court  on Thursday against the St. Anthony Saints at 7:00  p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another  in California (La Salle is ranked 28th, while St. Anthony is ranked 25th).
 While it was all tied up  26-26 at halftime, La Salle was not quite St. Mary's Academy's equal in the second half  on Tuesday. La Salle fell just short of St. Mary's Academy by a score of  47-44. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  loss La Salle has suffered  yet this season.
 Meanwhile, St. Anthony stacked  a  ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a  60-36 margin over St. Paul. The  victory was familiar territory for St. Anthony who now have three in a row.
 It was another big night for  Bennett, who  scored 15 points along with five  rebounds and three  steals. She is on a roll when it comes to  steals, as she's  now  grabbed two or more in the last four games she's  played.  Laila Hughes was another key contributor,  scoring eight points along with four  steals.
 This is  the second loss in a row for La Salle and  nudges their season record down to 19-3. As for St. Anthony, their win bumped their record up to 15-5.
 La Salle might still be hurting after the  64-44 defeat they got from St. Anthony  in their previous matchup  on January 2nd. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of   Bennett, who  scored 16 points along with nine  rebounds and two  steals.
