There's no place like home for the Winters Warriors, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Monday. They strolled past Paradise with points to spare on Wednesday, taking the game 37-19. That's another feather in the cap for Winters, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Winters was led to victory by Emily Dodic and Jordan Tucker. Dodic scored 14 points, while Tucker scored 16 points.
Winters is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Paradise, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 3-7.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Durham the next time they take the court. Paradise will head out to face Durham at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Winters will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
