Last week, Browerville took on Mahnomen. Browerville's defense took a beating in the first half, giving up 16 points. That put it down 16 - 14. Thankfully, the offense came through for it, scoring 26 in the second half. That ultimately gave them a 40 - 28 win.
As for Rushford-Peterson, it took its last contest against Murray County Central by a conclusive 44 - 21 score. The margin wasn't a surprise since Rushford-Peterson is ranked 86 positions ahead of Murray County Central in the state.
Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Browerville and Rushford-Peterson will really light up the scoreboard.
