The Sutter Huskies had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They really took it to Lindhurst for the full four quarters, racking up a 49-12 win on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Sutter has managed all season.
Torrence Harter continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 17 points and 11 rebounds. Harter is absolutely dominating the rebound category: she's posted at least eight every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Lainey Davis, who scored four points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Sutter's victory bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Lindhurst, their defeat was their ninth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 1-19.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Twelve Bridges the next time they take the court. Sutter will host Twelve Bridges at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, while Lindhurst will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
