Eagle took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 39-14 margin over the Meridian Warriors. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Eagle's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from AUSTIN RAMSEY, who threw for 181 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 42 yards and one score. Another back making a difference was BOWEN BLACKBURN, who rushed for 101 yards and one TD on only five carries.
