Portal never let their opponents score on Friday. They were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over the Claxton Tigers. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won six contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Portal's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-8. As for Claxton, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.
