He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out ten batters over  4.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off   five  hits (and only one walk). Crapps has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in four consecutive pitching appearances. Crapps was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing three bases while going 1-for-3.
 In other batting news,  Brandon Wallace made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 2-for-3.
 Even though they lost, Cross Creek  didn't let batters stay on the plate for long and  finished the game with 12  strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Hephzibah only tossed eight.
 On Hephzibah's side,  Christopher Kohn was  excellent,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
 Cross Creek has  not been sharp recently as the team has  lost three of their last four games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record  this season. As for Hephzibah, their victory  ended  a  three-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 6-11.
 Cross Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Hephzibah also has no future games currently scheduled.
