Rush City have had to suffer through a 3-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They captured a comfortable 28-12 victory over East Central. East Central can consider this payback for the 0-14 loss they dealt Rush City the last time the teams encountered one another.
The win bumped Rush City's record up to 1-3. East Central are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-4.
Next week Rush City take on Mesabi East at 7:00 PM. The team will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last. As for East Central, they will face off against Braham. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
