Haslett lost to Fowlerville on May 2nd, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Vikings put the hurt on the Gladiators with a sharp 14-4 win. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matchups by eight runs or more this season.

Kai Schaefer was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. That's the most runs he has posted over his last 11 contests. Another player making a difference was Jacob Rienstra, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

The victory (which was Haslett's fourth in a row) raised their record to 19-11. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Fowlerville, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-19.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Haslett will face off against Michigan Center at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Fowlerville, they will take on Gabriel Richard at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
