Bellwood-Antis' loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Lilly Gerwert, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 13 rebounds, and Jenna Norton who scored 13 points along with nine rebounds. The contest was Gerwert's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Lainey Quick was another key contributor, scoring seven points.
Penn Cambria now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Bellwood-Antis, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Penn Cambria will take on Bishop Carroll at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Bishop Carroll is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. As for Bellwood-Antis, they will be playing at home against Williamsburg at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
