Soccer Recap: Denison Victorious

Denison kept a clean sheet against Azle on Friday. They had just enough and edged the Azle Hornets out 1-0. The Yellow Jackets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hornets, too.

The victory got Denison back to even at 3-3. As for Azle, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4-1.

Denison will welcome Walnut Grove at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Azle has already played their next matchup, a 4-2 loss against Graham on the 17th.
