St. Raphael Academy extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 6-9. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 9-8 heartbreaker at the hands of the Prout Crusaders. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 4.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits. Richmond has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high.
