Sadly, the King-Chavez Community Lions are still looking for their first win of the season after ten games. They were dealt a 49-10 loss at the hands of O'Farrell Charter on Friday. King-Chavez Community has not had much luck with O'Farrell Charter recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
O'Farrell Charter found their leader in underclassman Ty'reiona Washington, who scored 16 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Washington has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Serenity Porter, who scored eight points.
King-Chavez Community dropped their record down to 0-10 with that loss, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 6.6 points per game. As for O'Farrell Charter, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 16-10.
King-Chavez Community does not have any more games scheduled as of now. O'Farrell Charter also has no future games currently scheduled.
