Aquinas has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 20 points or more this season.
Aquinas got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Madeleine De Kodia out in front who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 steals. De Kodia is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Breanna Bates was another key contributor, scoring 23 points along with two steals and two blocks.
Aquinas has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. As for Linfield Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-13.
Aquinas will look to defend their home court on Friday against Arrowhead Christian at 6:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive. As for Linfield Christian, they will head out on the road to square off against Woodcrest Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
