The Hamilton Braves will challenge the Biggs Wolverines at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hamilton is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.5 runs per game this season.
Hamilton's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed last Thursday. They put the hurt on Williams with a sharp 30-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Braves, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Antonio Jauregui was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2024. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 4-for-4 with four runs, two stolen bases, and five RBI. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more RBI the last three times he's played.
In other batting news, Daniel Leal was a standout: he got on base in all six of his plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in hits (four). Patrick Matthews was another key player, going 3-for-5 with four runs, two doubles, and one stolen base.
Hamilton kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 23 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in ten consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, Biggs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against Los Molinos, falling 14-4. That's two games in a row now that the Wolverines have lost by exactly ten runs.
Hamilton pushed their record up to 16-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Biggs, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-10.
Tuesday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Hamilton has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .476. However, it's not like Biggs struggles in that department as they've averaged .448. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Hamilton was able to grind out a solid victory over Biggs when the teams last played back in April of 2024, winning 6-1. Will the Braves repeat their success, or do the Wolverines have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
