Chester entered their tilt with Agnes Irwin on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They came out on top against the Agnes Irwin Owls by a score of 69-59. This was payback for the Clippers, who suffered a 57-24 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Chester to victory, but perhaps none more so than Chloe Knox, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 16 boards. Knox is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last four games she's played. Ja?Mya Muhammad was another key player, dropping a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds.

Chester was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Agnes Irwin only racked up eight assists.

Despite the loss, Agnes Irwin saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Simone Harvey went 10 of 23 on her way to 28 points along with seven boards and six steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Harvey has scored all season.

Chester's record now sits at 6-1. As for Agnes Irwin, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.

Chester didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 54-47 loss against Radnor on the 27th. As for Agnes Irwin, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 56-13 victory against Norristown on the 27th.
