 Despite the loss, Monroe still got an impressive performance from   Lily Mendez-Regules, who  had five  aces and four  digs.
Miamisburg's win bumped their record up to 2-16. As for Monroe, they dropped their record down to 1-18 with the  loss, which was their ninth straight  at home dating back to last season.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Miamisburg will welcome Northmont  at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Monroe, they will take on Preble Shawnee at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
