The Paradise Honors Panthers will face off against the Shadow Mountain Matadors at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Paradise Honors has five straight victories, Shadow Mountain has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Paradise Honors' pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over Moon Valley. Considering the Panthers have won eight contests by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Colt Bolich tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit in three consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Grayson Leonardis, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of Boeden Forquer, who went 1-for-4 with one home run.
Paradise Honors hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters in four consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, Shadow Mountain suffered their biggest defeat since March 6th on Wednesday. They came up short against Greenway, falling 16-3.
Shadow Mountain saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Michael Collins, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.
Shadow Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 7-7-1. As for Paradise Honors, their win bumped their record up to 12-4.
Paradise Honors' speedy runners might be the difference in Thursday's game. The Panthers have been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.8 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Shadow Mountain, though, as they've been averaging only 1 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Paradise Honors continue to outrun the ball?
Everything went Paradise Honors' way against Shadow Mountain in their previous matchup back in April of 2025, as Paradise Honors made off with a 12-0 victory. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Matadors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
