West Delaware won the last time they faced South Tama County and things went their way on Monday too. The Hawks blew past the Trojans 14-2. The result was nothing new for the Hawks, who have now won 11 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for West Delaware and bumps their season record up to 23-11. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for South Tama County, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-25.

West Delaware didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-0 win against North Fayette Valley on the 10th. As for South Tama County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 16-1 defeat against Union on the 8th.
