Baseball Game Preview: Millennium Falcons vs. Ben Holt College Prep Academy Bobcats

For the second straight game, Millennium will face off against Ben Holt College Prep Academy. The Falcons are taking a road trip to challenge the Bobcats at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Millennium is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games.

Millennium proved they can win big on Friday (they won by 18) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past Ben Holt College Prep Academy 5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Falcons have posted since March 28, 2024.

Christian Jacobo was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched six innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances. He is becoming a predictor of Millennium's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 5-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't).

In other batting news, Max Delgadillo was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Ares Araujo, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI.
