For the first time this season, Delta was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the Encina Bulldogs could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Delta's goal came courtesy of William Chavez, who's now up to two this season.

Delta's draw gives them a new season record of 2-1-1. As for Encina, they moved theirs to 3-0-1.

Coming up, Delta will be playing at home against Victory Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Encina, they will take on Sacramento Waldorf at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Encina's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
