This season hasn't been kind to the Pottstown Trojans, who are still winless after their 14th match. They had to suffer through a rough 52-22 loss at the hands of Upper Perkiomen. That's two games in a row now that Pottstown has lost by exactly 30 points.
Upper Perkiomen had a senior duo take command as Natalie Kearney scored 15 points and Erin States scored 12 points. It was the first time this season that Kearney scored 15 or more points.
Pottstown's loss was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Upper Perkiomen, their victory ended a 20-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-17.
Pottstown has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the at 7:00 p.m. on February 5th. Linville Hill will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak. Upper Perkiomen does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
