Despite the defeat, Brea Olinda had strong showings from Mariah Henderson, who scored 11 points, and Liz Han, who scored 8 points.
Brea Olinda has fallen quite a ways from their 21-7 record last season and are now at 3-6. As for Mater Dei, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Brea Olinda will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against San Clemente at 6:00 p.m. on December 7th. San Clemente presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Brea Olinda in California (San Clemente is ranked 180th, while Brea Olinda is ranked 445th). As for Mater Dei, they will face off against Sage Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
