Baseball Recap: Nevada Union Takes a Loss

The Nevada Union Miners didn't have quite enough to beat the Twelve Bridges Raging Rhinos on Wednesday and fell 4-3.

Nevada Union saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brogen Lyden, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Nevada Union has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season. As for Twelve Bridges, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-8.

While Nevada Union had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
