Meanwhile, Tulare Union had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Dinuba.
Tulare Western pushed their record up to 17-4-6 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those five contests. As for Tulare Union, their victory bumped their record up to 9-13-3.
Tulare Western took their victory against Tulare Union in their previous matchup two weeks ago by a conclusive 5-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for Tulare Western since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
