A Season-Best Performance from Cole Allen Leads St. John's over St. Mark's
St. John was led to victory by Cole Allen, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Allen rushed for 439 yards and seven touchdowns while picking up 15.7 yards per carry, and also caught a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 82-yard run.
Allen might have his next game, a home matchup with Episcopal School of Dallas, circled on his calendar. When Allen last faced the Eagles back in October of 2023, he rushed for 242 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.3 yards per carry, and also picked up 73 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Shanks Jr. Made His Presence Known in Kinkaid's 16-14 Win
Kinkaid picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Wayne Shanks Jr.. Shanks Jr. was unstoppable, picking up 126 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 85 yards. He showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 53 yards.
Kinkaid's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-1. Shanks Jr. and Kinkaid will head out on the road to face off against Cooper at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Kinkaid picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to David Capobianco. Capobianco threw for 165 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 82 yards, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
