The Dana Hills Dolphins will face off against the Orange Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Orange will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Dana Hills extended their winning streak to six on Friday. Everything went the Dolphins' way against Aliso Niguel as they made off with a 35-14 win. The result was nothing new for the Dolphins, who have now won four matchups by 21 points or more so far this season.
Dana Hills relied on the efforts of Jack Norman, who picked up 141 receiving yards and two scores, and Radley Geiss, who rushed for 84 yards and a pair of TDs. Norman didn't just play on offense: he also made one tackle and defended one pass in addition to snagging an interception. Carter Anderson was another key player, throwing for 256 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Dana Hills' defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB six times. Micah Langohr was especially locked on to Aliso Niguel's QB and sacked him 3.5 times. Langohr is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made five or more in each of the last nine games he's played dating back to last season.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Orange). They blew past Fountain Valley, posting a 52-14 victory. With the Panthers ahead 37-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Dana Hills better keep an eye on Star Thomas. He was instrumental in Orange's win, throwing for 313 yards and six TDs while completing 77.4% of his passes, and also rushing for 61 yards on only seven carries. Their leading receiver Dylan Stone was Thomas' top target yet again, picking up 88 receiving yards and three scores.
Dana Hills' win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Orange, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
The upcoming game will be a clash of competing strengths. Dana Hills has deployed a run-first offense that has averaged 151.7 rushing yards a game. Meanwhile, Orange has preferred to attack from the air: they average 280 passing yards per game. So which strategy will prevail on Friday? There's only one way to find out.
Dana Hills took their win against Orange when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 35-14 score. In that matchup, the Dolphins amassed a halftime lead of 21-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
