The Enterprise Hornets's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their eighth straight defeat. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 6-0 walloping at the hands of Pleasant Valley. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Enterprise of the 4-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.
Enterprise has not been sharp recently as the team's lost nine of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13-1 record this season. As for Pleasant Valley, their win bumped their record up to 13-1-4.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Shasta the next time they take the pitch. Pleasant Valley will head out to face Shasta at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Enterprise will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
