First Presbyterian Day strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the John Milledge Academy Trojans an 8-0 shutout. The contest marked the Vikings' most dominant win of the season so far.

First Presbyterian Day let Mallie Moughon and Jessica Jones run wild. Moughon went a perfect 1-for-1 with two RBI, one run, and one double, while Jones went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. That's the most RBI Moughon has posted since back in September of 2024. Stevi Martin also deserves some recognition as she scored her first run of the season.

First Presbyterian Day's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for John Milledge Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. First Presbyterian Day will square off against Bethlehem Christian Academy at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for John Milledge Academy, they will welcome Windsor Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
