Credo has been on the road for seven straight, but on Friday they'll finally head home. They will be home for the holidays to greet the Santa Rosa Panthers at 7:00 p.m.
On Tuesday, Credo ended up a good deal behind Rio Lindo Adventist and lost 38-21.
Credo's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Reilly Fay, who scored 11 points, and Kendelle Lannert who scored eight points.
Meanwhile, Santa Rosa had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They skirted past Elsie Allen 48-45.
Credo bumped their record down to 4-7 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 17.8 points per game. As for Santa Rosa, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season.
Credo was dealt a bruising 51-13 loss at the hands of Santa Rosa in their previous meeting back in November of 2022. The contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Credo was down 30-7.
