The Orestimba Warriors won the last time they faced the Hilmar Yellowjackets, and things went their way on Friday too. Orestimba walked away with a 43-31 victory over Hilmar. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Orestimba.
Orestimba's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Olivia Gray led the charge by scoring seven points along with six rebounds and four steals. Gray has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Jenessa Gonzalez, who scored 12 points.
The victory got Orestimba back to even at 5-5. As for Hilmar, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.
