The Paradise Adventist Academy Cougars's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They received a tough blow as they fell 48-30 to Plumas Charter. Paradise Adventist Academy lost against Plumas Charter in their previous head to head last Wednesday, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 55-7 score last time.
Plumas Charter can attribute much of their success to Liz Trail, who scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kali Banks, who scored eight points.
Paradise Adventist Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Plumas Charter, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-7.
Paradise Adventist Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Plumas Charter, they will head out on the road to square off against Weed at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Weed is coming into the match with five straight wins at home, so Plumas Charter is out to stop a team with plenty of momentum.
