Ralston had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Oak Park Northmen with a sharp 11-3 victory.

Maddie Ochsner and Hayvn Harms did most of the damage at the plate: Ochsner went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases and two runs, while Harms went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and three RBI. Those three RBI gave Harms a new career-high. Eva Huss was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases and two runs.

Ralston always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .560. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Oak Park only posted an OBP of .100.

Ralston's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Oak Park, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Ralston didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-2 victory against Ashland-Greenwood on the 13th. As for Oak Park, they will venture away from home to face off against Chrisman at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
