Northgate entered their tilt with Langston Hughes on Wednesday with 11 consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with 12. They never let the Panthers get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matches by seven runs or more this season.

Northgate pushed their record up to 20-5 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for Langston Hughes, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-14.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northgate will welcome Edgewood Academy at 2:00 p.m. on the 11th.
