Ethan Peacock made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits (and not a single walk). That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs. He is becoming a predictor of Memphis' success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 7-9-1 when he doesn't).
