The Joaquin Rams's three-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 68-50 victory over Big Sandy. This was payback for Joaquin, who suffered a 63-34 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Big Sandy's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ka'myrie Fountain, who scored 12 points along with five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Kayden Smith, who scored 13 points along with three steals.
Joaquin's win bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Big Sandy, they now have a losing record at 6-7.
