Softball Recap: Riverwood Makes It Four in a Row at Home

Riverwood hadn't done well against Sequoyah recently (they were 0-6 in their previous six matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Raiders blew past the Chiefs 12-2. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won four matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Riverwood pushed their record up to 5-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Sequoyah, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.
