Dean Barkman tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only a hit while striking out ten over five innings pitched. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in March of 2024.
On the hitting side, Brady Hewitt was incredible, scoring three runs while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Charles Tarpley, who scored a run while going 1-for-1.
