Video: Highlights of No. 3 Milton Watch Milton's season-ending win over North Forsyth.
Despite losing its final regular-season game of the season — 70-67 to Pebblebrook (Mableton) — Wheeler (17-7) moved from No. 11 to No. 10 in this week's MaxPreps Georgia boys basketball rankings.
The Wildcats, led by senior
Samuel Hines Jr. (17.6 points per game), were the only new team among the Top 10 teams, while the rest of the rankings looked largely the same.
Top-ranked Grayson, No. 2 Shiloh, No. 3 Milton and No. 4 McEachern all remained in the same spots. Grayson closed out its regular season in style with its highest scoring totals of the season with wins over South Gwinnett (96-55) and Rockdale County (94-52).
Third-ranked Milton closed out its regular season with a fifth straight win, 73-59 over North Forsyth.
The only other changes to the Top 10 were slight as St. Francis (22-3) moved up one spot to No. 5 and Lithonia moved up one spot to No. 8.
