High school girls basketball: Saniyah Hall, Ivanna Wilson-Manyacka and Jerzy Robinson headline top 10 shooting guards in 2025-26

USC-bound Hall widely considered to be the nation's No. 1 player.

Our position-by-position breakdown ahead of the 2025-26 high school basketball season continues with the shooting guards. Earlier this week we looked at the point guards. Next will be the wings and posts Thursday to continue our preseason coverage.

Saniyah Hall of SPIRE Academy (Geneva, Ohio), Ivanna Wilson-Manyacka of Bullis (Potomac, Md.) and Jerzy Robinson of Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, Calif.) headline the selections. All three are ranked at or near the top of their respective classes.

1. Saniyah Hall, SPIRE Academy (Geneva, Ohio)

Last season at Montverde Academy, Hall averaged 20.3 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.8 steals per game.

Averaged 18.5 points, 11.2 rebounds and 2.3 steals per game as Bullis went 25-8 and spent time in the MaxPreps Top 25.

Posted 26.9 points, 10.2 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game as the Trailblazers went 28-3 and finished No. 15 nationally in 2024-25.

6-1 | Senior | Maryland
Led Sidwell Friends to a 27-3 record and DCSAA Class AA title by averaging 19.3 points and 6.8 rebounds per game. Now at The St. James with former Sidwell coach Tamika Dudley, she is expected to be a leader in the program's inaugural season.

6-0 | Sophomore | Uncommitted
The MaxPreps National Freshman of the Year made an immediate impact for Ontario Christian. Griffin averaged 17.8 points, 8.2 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.8 steals per game as the Knights went 30-2 and won the Southern Section Open Division title, the school's first crown.

5-10 | Senior | Vanderbilt
Averaged 19.1 points, 7.1 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game last year for the Crusaders. Helped the United States win gold over the summer at the U16 FIBA AmeriCup.

6-1 | Senior | Clemson
A game-changing talent, Jones missed last season with an ACL injury but is back after transferring to Naperville Central. She averaged 17.2 points, 8.3 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game as a sophomore at Bolingbrook.

6-0 | Junior | Uncommitted
Division II Class A Miss Basketball averaged 21.8 points, 8.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game as the Bruins went 24-4 and reached the state semifinals.

5-11 | Junior | Uncommitted
Led the Tigers to a 28-1 record and the Division 1 state championship, averaging 26.5 points, 7.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game.

6-0 | Senior | Duke
Led Brennan in scoring (20.0 per game), rebounding (7.9), steals (2.8) and assists (2.7), helping the Bears reach the Conference 6A Division 1 regional final.
