Each year since 2006, MaxPreps has recognized outstanding performers in high school girls basketball. The tradition continues to close out the 2024-25 season by naming the top player in each state. Selections are based on team success and individual excellence in addition to local and state accolades.
For the season, Swain averaged 22.9 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.2 steals and 2.4 assists per game. In a 57-39 win over nationally-ranked Hebron Christian (Dacula) in the title game, she piled up 30 points en route to MVP honors.
