The South Region Football Computer Rankings have a new No. 1 after South Panola upended previous No. 1 Starkville in the Mississippi Class 6A state playoffs last week.
South Panola is the new No. 1 team while Starkville falls to No. 2.
Florida teams made big moves this week with St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale) moving from No. 13 to No. 5 and Niceville debuting all the way at No. 10. Three other Florida teams also joined the rankings this week.
