The top-ranked team in the MaxPreps Computer Rankings was shocked Friday night in Indiana's Class 6A high school football playoffs.
Zionsville scored 37 points in the second half and overcame an 18-point deficit to stun No. 1 Brownsburg in the sectional championship. The two teams met in early October with Brownsburg coming away a 54-14 winner.
In other big 6A games, No. 9 Carmel handled No. 5 Westfield 35-7 and No. 15 Center Grove cruised past No. 19 Franklin Central 49-14.
Defending 6A champion Warren Central continued to advance, beating Lawrence North 34-7.
